Refund policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging and not a final-sale or clearance item. Because every piece is handmade, small variations in glaze, grain or finish are natural and not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return

Email contact@kalaaghar.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method with an email confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges right now — return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards and custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
