Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 999.
• Orders below that ship for a flat Rs. 99 fee.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We work with reliable courier partners, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, regional disruptions or courier issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it's dispatched, but contact us right away if you've made an error and we'll try to help before it ships.
