We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Because our products are handmade, slight variation from product photos is normal and not grounds for a defect claim.

All prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability — and will let you know if this happens.

All content on this site — product photography, text and branding — belongs to Kalaaghar and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kalaaghar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
